Position Summary

The Front Office Manager leads our Guest Experience Hub - Reception, At Your Service, Guest Services, Concierge and Bell Services, ensuring that each guest encounter reflects the unique character of our resort and the Autograph Collection brand promise: Exactly Like Nothing Else. This role is more than managing arrivals and departures; it’s about curating memorable, personalized guest journeys. The Front Office Manager inspires and develops a passionate team who anticipate needs, delivers heartfelt service, and creates moments of delight that go beyond expectations. With a strong focus on authenticity, attention to detail, and seamless service, the Front Office Manager ensures every guest feels at home and part of something extraordinary.

Qualifications

•    Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
•    Minimum of 4-6 years of Front Office or Rooms Division experience in an upscale or luxury resort, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. 
•    Proven track record in creating unique guest experiences and driving guest satisfaction,
•    Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with cultural sensitivity and emotional intelligence. 
•    Leadership presence with the ability to coach, inspire, and motivate a diverse team. 
•    Strong business acumen, including financial oversight and operational planning. 
•    Proficiency in Opera OMS and Microsoft Office; experience with Marriott systems preferred.
•    Multilingual abilities (English required, Dutch, Spanish or Papiamentu a strong plus)
•    Flexibility to work varying schedules including evenings and holidays as required.

 

Competitive Salary; All costs associated with your work and resident permits to be paid by the hotel; Private health insurance plan fully covered by the employer for the first year of employment; Company phone; A vacation allowance of 5% of the net total salary, pro-rated as per your start date payable in June of every year;  On the job coverage AD&D insurance; A pension plan will be available upon entering an indefinite work agreement; Participation in Management Bonus Program.
